1. General Provisions
This rental agreement is for the purpose of renting the motorhome from the lessor to the undersigned lessee, including the basic equipment in addition to the services and equipment, as exclusively stated in the booking offer. The lessee uses the specific rental vehicle and organizes his/her travel during the entire rental period solely at his/her own risk.
Greek law applies exclusively to the rental of the vehicle by Pegasus-Motorhome in accordance with the general terms and conditions of Pegasus-Motorhome.
Rental contracts are concluded in Greek or English in writing. All agreements between the company and the tenant must also be concluded in writing. Any oral agreement is not valid.
The rental vehicle can be used within the Greek Territory. Customers wishing to travel outside the Greek borders with the vehicle must obtain prior written consent from Pegasus-Motorhome. and the corresponding insurance documents at an additional charge.
Motorhomes must be used exclusively for private purposes (e.g. holidays, multi-day trips, trips to events, etc.). Commercial use (e.g. sub-letting or sub-letting, use for taxis or passenger transport or similar) is prohibited, as well as use for moving or generally as a transport vehicle (e.g. furniture, bicycles, explosive / flammable / toxic and other similar dangerous substances) is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the motorhome by the tenant as defined above entitles Pegasus-Motorhome to terminate the rental agreement unilaterally without notice and, if necessary, to pursue compensation claims. However, renting a motorhome for creative workspace purposes or as an alternative to housing is not considered commercial use and is therefore permitted.
The minimum rental time is 4 days in the low and medium season and 6 days in the high season for each motorhome.
